Wolfeboro is a town located in Carroll County, New Hampshire. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 6,083.

Geography

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 151.5 km² (58.5 mi²). 125.1 km² (48.3 mi²) of it is land and 26.4 km² (10.2 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 17.40% water.

As of the census of 2000, there are 6,083 people, 2,574 households, and 1,722 families residing in the town. The population density is 48.6/km² (125.9/mi²).
