I live in a small seaside town in England whose only Wiki claim to fame is that it is almost mentioned in the John Knox article. I came to Wikipedia via a link on wilwheaton.net

My interests include embroidery, especially free style embroidery, and I'm learning stumpwork[?] and Wessex stitchery[?]. I'm also interested in religion particularly in the Bahá'í Faith.

I work as a lab manager in a bacteriology lab. However I have been unable to work some time due to depression.

I'm currently working on removing the links to disambiguation pages. I find this sort of tidying satisfying without being too much like hard work!

I'm also involved in the dog breeds Wikiproject. I think I can be of some help there. So far I have a list of over 500 breeds of dog. But I do keep getting distracted by working on the Grammy pages, there is lots to do there as well.

I'm currently listed as the 57th most active Wikipedian. Which doesn't mean much, most of my edits are very minor, but it's fun to see. I have done a few more substantial edits recently, which have probably reduced my overall activity but hopefully increased my usefulness.

• Carl Crack - For no reason except it caught my attention and needs work.
• embroidery and related pages - I'm not sure what needs to be done here, but it's an interest so I'd like to do some work on any pages that need it.
• Khitan - Someone did get there first on this one. I'd still like to work on it some more at some point though.
• Klinefelter's syndrome - Add something about tortoiseshell cats.
• stumpwork[?] and Wessex stitchery[?] - Got to get rid of those empty links above.
