Pepin Township is a township located in Wabasha County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the township had a total population of 471.

Geography

According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 55.8 km² (21.6 mi²). 45.5 km² (17.6 mi²) of it is land and 10.3 km² (4.0 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 18.51% water.

Demographics

As of the census of 2000, there are 471 people, 170 households, and 131 families residing in the township. The population density is 10.4/km² (26.8/mi²). There are 210 housing units at an average density of 4.6/km² (11.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the township is 98.30% White, 0.00% African American, 0.42% Native American, 0.85% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.42% from two or more races. 1.91% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
