Cedar Glen Lakes is located at 39°57'10" North, 74°23'55" West (39.952877, -74.398744)¹.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.7 km² (0.7 mi²). 1.7 km² (0.7 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.
