Bubblegum Crisis: Tokyo 2040

Bubblegum Crisis: Tokyo 2040 is a remake of the old Bubblegum Crisis: Megatokyo[?]. It features the same characters as the original just redrawn. The series centres around the Knightsabers[?]. Four young women who wear special suits known as Hard Suits to fight against the outbreak of rogue voomers, robots designed to carry out tasks such as cleaning, serving to military models. When the Voomers go "rogue", they go on wild rampage, destroying everything they can.

The four Knightsabers are Sylia[?], Priss[?], Nene and Linna[?]. This series is longer than the original and is generally regarded as being better.
