Renamed BTR Aerospace Group from BTR Industries after acquisition of Dunlop Aviation Division[?] in 1985.

In 1996, Dunlop Aircraft Tyre Limited[?] is created out of assets purchased from BTR Aerospace.

In July 1998, Doughty Hanson & Co purchases BTR Aerospace Group, renames it Dunlop Standard Aerospace Group.
