Adairville is located at 36°40'7" North, 86°51'14" West (36.668489, -86.853987)¹.

The racial makeup of the city is 79.13% White, 18.70% African American, 0.43% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.87% from other races, and 0.87% from two or more races. 2.61% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
