This baking mat works wonderfully as baking pan liner or as a working surface because of its silicon and fiberglass non-stick surface which makes it very easy to clean. It is completely safe in freezers or microwaves. Up to 3,000 uses or more per mat.

This is replacement silpats, had the other two 3 years. love them. I bake at least 4 times a week. for different clubs . could not live without them.

Rating: - I love it, and saves me a lot of money
I love to bake and I spotted these things while I was wandering around on Amazon. I bake a lot of cookies and make a lot of bread and biscuits. I know I have saved a lot of money on parchment paper. I never did like to put more grease or butter on what I was cooking and this mat has helped me more than anything that I have ever bought on Amazon. I highly reccomend that every one should have one. Rating: - Great mat!
I've tried the SiliconZone as well as KitchenAid's silicone mat, and neither compare to SilPat. I don't even use this on a baking sheet, just throw it right onto the oven shelves; it's stiff enough to manage, and cuts down on my clean-up, (which by the way, the dishwasher does nicely). It's completely non-stick, I've never had an issue. Cookies, croissants, it all comes out perfect with this mat.

Wife has been using for years. Great for baking cookies etc. Easy cleanup. Just don't cut bread or other items as the mats have a fiberglass mat type material inside and noticed after daughter in law cut bread on them. Wife had had the previous one for years. Absolutely nothing sticks to the mats, always easy to clean just rinse off with water to clean. You will never have to scape cookies off a pan again. Also after baking just grab the mats and remove from the warm pans and the cookies won't continue ... Read More
